If you subscribe to the VirtuBoard service, you could have a line uniquely dedicated to the sending and receiving of faxes with the PDF format, from your computer.

However, using this line for mass marketing/mailing activities is forbidden.

These options start he day you subscribe and are with no commitment subscriptions. For this reason, there is no expiration date.
To cancel them, please follow the instructions referred to a the « EasyCall » section, « How to cancel my subscription ? » tab.
Once the subscription is cancelled, the one or several services will be suspended and the amount of these plans won't be debited from your bank account anymore.

Our customers are located in different countries.

For the time being, we do not use pre-authorized debit mandates, instead an automatic debit managed by PayPal. Whether you hold a PayPal account or not.

For the EasyCall, VirtuBoard and Virtual Numbers services, after you subscribed you will get a monthly debit of the due amount. The invoice will be available within your account.
In case the amount was not received at the due date, we will suspend the service of the next month.
Once the payement confirmed, the phone line will be once again activated.

When someone calls you, he will use a communication « channel ». Usually, a phone line plan that uses Internet will include 1 or 2 simultaneous channels. Your phone line can only manage 2 simultaneous calls. To receive a 3rd call, one of them must already have been freed. This means that beyond a 2nd incoming call, the phone line will either not ring or simply drop. You just lost an incoming call and that's not acceptable for your company.

Often, VOIP switchboards plans providers will grant a limited number of channels and prompt you to buy additional ones.

With VirtuBoard, that is not necessary. You have at your disposal more than 20 channels, which in return allows you to lose NO calls.
