Whatsapp is a service that allows to communicate between cell phones. Since the EasyCall phone line is a landline, it is not possible to call an EasyCall line using the Whatsapp application.

When you make out of plan calls, the month after we send you an email notification, along with the invoice and the amount to be paid.

In case the amount was not received at the due date, we will suspend the service of the next month.
Once the payement confirmed, the phone line will be once again activated.

Once you have subscribed, we have to proceed with the creation of your phone line and the dispatching of your credentials. This usually takes 2 to 7 days.

Presently, Telintell's services are not available to activities that are part of the medical realm.
You simply need to proceed with with a new subscription. You can add as many lines as you may need.
Each line belongs to a user. The price is the same, multiplied by the number of lines/users.
If the number of lines concerns an important fleet of users (at least 25), please contact one of our agents.
Yes. Note however that the caller ID recognition is not always compatible with all of the phones.
If you refer to a sequence of numbers that end for instance with 100, 101, 102 etc., we cannot guarantee that this will be possible at the time your numbers will be attributed.
By default, the phone line will be suspended, you won't be able to make or receive calls. The phone numbers will be kept for 30 more das, in case you wished to resume your subscription. Beyond that, they will be deleted.
No. If you subscribed to a plan by adding several lines or options at the same time, the invoices and payments will include the whole of those items.
We have no option to break down a subscription or a monthly payment to remove one or several features.
EasyCall / VirtuBoard / Virtual Numbers are no commitment subscriptions.
The cancellation only applies upon request.
Then, for EasyCall, the set-up fees will be charged for any new subscription.

VOIP means « Voice over IP ».
IP meaning « Internet Protocol ».
Simply put, we could call it « Telephony through Internet ».
This is a system that was developed shortly after Internet arrived, to allow transferring voice data through the IT network, rather than the traditional cables used by a phone.
In the wake of this development, some companies also specialized in selling phone devices that are VOIP dedicated only, that cannot be used with standard phone lines.
SIP means « Session Initiation Protocol ». It's the bulk of IT rules that apply to the broadcasting of audio and video information through Internet. The « session » is the time during which this data transfer is initiated and operated between two points/users.
This protocol, as it is, is the one used for the Voip telephony.
Because of the management of our customers located in different countries.
We will ask for a security (that doesn't produce interests) that is returned after cancellation, in the following cases or only if :
1) You do not renew the subscription within the 30 days that follow its cancellation
2) We have received no email notification from you, stating the subscription will be renewed some time after it was cancelled (Max. 30 days)
3) You have no outstanding sums, particularly for out of plan calls. In the latter case we will deduct the not paid amount, for which you will already have received a payment link, by email.
4) If expenses are related to the not payement of an invoice, they will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
In case a monthly payement is not performed beyond 30 days, while the subscription is still active, in addition to any outstanding sum, the whole of the security will become of Telintell's property, in its own right. The subscription will be suspended/cancelled. Any new subscription will be subjected to the conditions of a 1st subscription.
Once your subscription is cancelled, and unless you made a request, upfront, to keep your phone numbers for a short period of time, not exceeding 30 days, they will be erased. Any new subscription will be associated to new phone numbers.
We put the details of your communications at your disposal inside your customer space between the 4th and the 12th of the following month.
It is absolutely not recommended to use your EasyCall plan to contact local emergency services like the police, the fire department or special, short or added-value numbers of your country or any other country.
Due to the international management of our customers, and going through our phone platform, you are liable to reach the services of another country.
If you wish anyhow to call these numbers, you will have to use the international phone prefix.
For instance, in the UK you will need to dial + 44 12345 (fake emergency number) and not a straight 012345.
WARNING : The access to these services is not guaranteed and the out of plan calls rates apply.
Yes, however the call transfer or forwarding will be billed on the basis of an out of plan communication.
With a VirtuBoard subscription, the call transfers or forwarding are free of charge towards the 200 EasyCall destinations.
Techically it's possible. However, using the same phone line across several devices can bloc some, meaning the device that will ring during an incoming call might not be per force the one you wished to see ringing. As much as possible, please configure EasyCall with one device only or to disable the devices that are not used.
We manage the call number of each of our customers on the basis of his geographical location.
For strictly legal reasons, and based on the country, these numbers can only be attributed if there is a proof of the business presence in the concerned country. Usually, it's a copy of a registration with the Chamber of Commerce, along with the ID of the comany's owner.
Please note that any attachment sent via your account, will be treated on a secured and confidential basis. It will be delivered to :
1) The Administrator of our site.
2) The Administrator of the partner entity that gives access to your phone number.
This operation has no other purpose.
In this case we will ask a copy of your ID as well as a proof of residence, like a utility bill.

If you have a Voip phone or adapter, you need to configure them for the phone line of your subscription to be recognized.
We can proceed with this configuration, remotely. We will ask the serial number located below the device. The configuration will take only few minutes. The device will be ready to be used.
From your account, My Profile section, open the « Cancel » tab and click your language's flag, to open a ticket.
Or you can directly open a ticket from your customer space by selecting the « Cancel » department.
We will notify your subscription's cancellation and the date the security deposit will be returned.
Note : The cancellation is ALWAYS performed the next month. For instance, if you make your request on the 3rd or 25th of January, the subscription will be active till the 28th of February.
The last bank debit will then be the one of February.
